The company was growing exponentially, adding 5-10 new employees per week. Onboarding for just the basic HR and technology teams was a huge challenge; there was no way to introduce new hires to the company from a brand perspective. I developed a series of narrated PowerPoint presentations that explained what the company did, who are audiences are, how we talk about ourselves, and how we express the brand visually.
The program was such a hit, it actually served as the inspiration for the company's first-ever employee training program, Aequitas University. I was fortunate to be able to lead the branding of the program, as well as the UI/UX design for the SharePoint site.
