Employee Appreciation Video

This was part of our Q2 2015 All Hands meeting. The company was undergoing a lot of changes and no small amount of stress. The country was also in the midst of some terrible racial strife following several instances of police violence, and a horrible massacre of 9 people in a Charleston, SC church. I was hoping to express the company's gratitude for all the hard work, as well as provide a little perspective on things.
