One of our portfolio companies wanted a fun new way to recognize those who were going the extra mile. Based on their core values of compassion, integrity, innovation, passion, and collaboration, these half-page placards were designed to work on printable magnetic sheets which were then cut out, filled in by coworkers, and placed on a gigantic magnetic wall in the office.
