Interactive Conference Room Scheduling Panels
This was deceptively painstaking project. Working with our internal IT team and a 3rd-party tech provider, these were interactive meeting room panels run on modified iPads. All were tied to Microsoft Active Directory and the company's conference room calendars, which allowed people to reserve a room in real-time without having to fire up Outlook.
Every room had its own unique image, each with multiple status screens with varying levels of detail. We went through several iterations just to manage how the truncation of text would be handled.
